This planet is suffocating because of our increasing desire for fast fashion.

Each year over 100 billion items of clothing are produced globally. Using thousands of different chemicals. And most of the industry still supports this making it one of the world’s biggest polluters.

Our hunger for fast fashion is pushing species to the brink of extinction destroying habitats that provide us with clean air.

The cost of our natural resources aren’t accounted for in the cost of making clothes. When will we run out?

In the third episode of The New Normal Rhiannon explores our attitudes towards fast fashion and discovers the alternatives to sending unwanted clothes to landfill.

Along the way we chat to the individuals who are shaping the future in sustainable fashion such as Founder and Editor for Tommie magazine and Designer of Florence the label, Flossie Barr.
